Crock Specifications:
-Can handle 1LB to 1.5LB of cabbage
-One (1) pair of weights included
-The rim of the crock is completely sealed with glaze, will not absorb any tastes, colours, smells, fungi, mold or bacteria
-Features a water seal airlock lid that allows gasses to escape but keeps air out and prevents mold from forming resulting in a fresher product and less work for you!
-A recipe for both Pickles and Sauerkraut are included with your crock
