A delightful little cabbage shredder for small fermenting projects or general use such as salads and vegetable preparation. Beautifully hand made in Poland with sturdy materials and construction, you won't be disappointed.
These blades are removable and can be sharpened but they are set to about 1/16" apart offering a finer shred than the medium or large shredders and are not adjustable.
You must seal this item with a food grade cutting board oil or wax in order to prevent cracking. This is raw wood and it will crack from moisture and salt if not sealed prior to first use.
