Free shipping:
We do NOT offer free shipping as most of our items are very fragile, large and heavy, resulting in high shipping costs.
Instead of averaging out this cost and adding it to the sale price of our items, we are simply upfront with the shipping cost and we charge shipping based on your location and the the shipping service you choose. Our shipping charges come directly from our shippers such as Canada post.
PO Boxes: We can ship to CANADIAN PO Boxes ONLY.
Restrictions:
Items on this website that are marked as "STONE CREEK TRADING" or "S.C.T" for short, are only available to be shipped within Canada.
International and USA:
ALL other items can be shipped within Canada and internationally based on the following criteria:
-The BILLING address and the address on the statement of that credit card must be an EXACT match at the time of checkout or the order will be cancelled and suspected as fraud.
-The SHIPPING address provided at the time of checkout must be a valid and a complete Shipping address. We will not ship to any PO boxes outside of Canada.
You may track your order using the tracking number sent to your e-mail address at the time of order.

When we ship:
Orders placed Monday-Friday on regular times of the year are usually shipped within 24 hours from an approved payment. Depending on the season and holidays, it may take 1-5 business days to ship an order from our location.
How we ship:
We mostly use Canada Post as our main shipper, unless otherwise requested we always choose the best service at the lowest rate and extend our business shipping discount to our customers. A signature is always required, insurance for the full amount of the order is added and a tracking number is provided. IF you are not home when your parcel is delivered, a card will be left behind for you to pick up your parcel at the nearest post office. We do NOT allow any of our parcels to be left at the door. A signature must be obtained for every order. No exceptions.
How do we package a parcel:
We pride ourselves on using the best packaging methods available to us. We use sturdy boxes, ample interior shock absorbers like bio-peanuts and bubble wrap or paper fill. We thoroughly tape our boxes and add packing stickers with correct warning images on them to alert the shipper of specific parcel needs.
A proper shipping sticker is affixed and covered in clear tape to prevent parcel loss during transport. We make every effort to assure your items arrive safe and sound to you. A photo record is taken for each order we send out.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate.
We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping,weather, road conditions etc, or product availability.
You can also use your tracking number information to go to the shippers website and view the tracking status of your order or to contact them directly for further inquiries.
