This Pot/Fermenting Crock is from the Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec Pottery Factory in Poland. When we think of Polish pottery, this pattern is the first to come to mind, it has been around for so long for a reason, beloved by so many including us! Timeless patterns like these fit into most kitchen décor. Our line of custom made crocks can inspire most to start fermenting, with a crock this beautiful, it must be filled with fermenting hot sauce, kimchi, mini pickles etc. When not in use, even little biscuits or chocolates should be in there, any excuse to have it out on the counter! WHAT'S IN THE BOX:
- A 3 Liter handmade fermenting crock and lid.
-2 family recipe cards, one for pickles and one for sauerkraut.
-A custom made shipping box to properly store the crock in when not in use.
CROCK SPECIFICATIONS:
-Can fit about 3-3.5lbs of shredded cabbage
-Features a water seal airlock lid that allows fermenting gasses to escape but keeps air out and prevents mold from forming resulting in a fresher product and less work for you!
-The rim of the crock is completely glazed, meaning it will not absorb any tastes, smells, colours, fungi, mold or bacteria like other crocks that are not authentic.
